Mention scdaemon's disable-ccid option in README
The update to gnupg-2.4.3 broke some (all?) Yubikey setups, as reported
by Renato Aguiar who suggested documenting this workaround. Failures
from the internal CCID driver don't automatically fall back to PC/SC
support any more. This can be worked around by force-disabling the
driver.
