big update with many, many changes and improvements.

backport an (upstreamed) patch for MAP_STACK and set USE_NOBTCFI
since the bundled coroutine library doesn't support it. (it would
need to use the boost,-md backend, but boost itself has shadow stack
support only on a newer version than we have in ports.)
tested by Lucas (lucas [at] sexy dot is) who also reported the need
for USE_NOBTCFI, thanks!
