import ports/devel/py-pydantic-compat, from Renaud Allard, ok landry
tweaks: py-pydantic should be an RDEP not a BDEP, and tweak DESCR to start
by describing what py-pydantic-compat does rather than starting with saying
that Pydantic 1 and 2 are incompatible.
