Import kdiagram-qt6-3.0.1
KDiagram switched from Qt5 to Qt6 in 3.0. There is no option to build
Qt5 in version 3.0. This leads us to stay graphics/kdiagram on 2.x and
Qt5 and import graphics/kdiagram-qt6 (pkgname kdiagram-qt6) as 3.x and
qt6 version.
