update to web-eid 2.5.0
Replace DIST_TUPLE gore with upstream bundle.
Drop pledge/unveil patch (for now), some proc/exec happens...
Tested with chromium, iridium still fails to install extensions, which
did work at some point; have not tried ungoogled-chromium yet.
