Log message:
update to keeperrl 1.0pl16, matching the commit around the time of the
release of the commercial version 1_0_hotfix16. This fixes running
hotfix16. While here, fix unsafe string functions sprintf and strcpy.
(working on upstreaming this)
ok solene@ for an earlier version that didn't include the sprintf and
strcpy patch
