remove php-weathermap; this version requires old unmaintained PHP 7.4.
there's a continuation in a fork (https://github.com/Cacti/plugin_weathermap/)
but that's a plugin for Cacti (not in ports)
there's another fork for use as a plugin with LibreNMS which also works
with newer PHP (https://github.com/librenms-plugins/Weathermap)
