Log message:
update FNA ports to 24.06. Now define CASE_SENSITIVITY_HACK which should
make most if not all workarounds for filename cases and/or backslash as
directory separator obsolete. (It functions as a replacement for the
previous MONO_IOMAP with an FNA-embedded implementation)
