sphinx (search, not doc generator): disable tests which required
php 7.4. found by aja@
sphinx 2.x is unsupported upstream since 2018. 3.x is maintained but,
although it calls itself an "open source search server", source is no
longer available, only linux/freebsd/macos binaries.
