update some of the nginx third-party modules, based on a diff from
Sergey A. Osokin (some other modules still want updating: headers-more,
naxsi, ngx_http_hmac_secure_link_module, lua-nginx-module)
switch from handrolled pre-DIST_TUPLE mechanism (that was very similar to
how DIST_TUPLE ended up) to using DIST_TUPLE directly to pull in distfiles
for those modules
