update to monitoring-plugins-2.4.0
- move check_disk_smb from monitoring-plugins-samba into the main
package, the separate package for something which just adds an RDEP
used by a perl script isn't particularly helpful (and it's one way
to avoid a bogus debug-monitoring-plugins-samba package)
