update Recoil to revision 2577 in line with BAR Linux version.
Based on work by fabien@, set beyond-all-reason script to use empty
string server address. This will still support singleplayer modes like
skirmish, scenarios, but will block multiplayer. This is necessary for
now as desyncs with other OS's in multiplayer are severe and degrade
all players' experience significantly. We are looking for a fix...
Note if beyond-all-reason has already been installed, then this will
NOT overwrite your ~/.local/state/BAR/chobby_config.json. I would still
warn against playing Beyond All Reason multiplayer until there is a fix
for the desyncs.
