www/caddy: various improvements
- explicitly set the version in the binary (from Laurent Cheylus) for having a
proper "caddy version" output
- changes in default Caddyfile
- bind to localhost (ipv6 and ipv4)
- admin API listening only on unix socket
- avoid installing internal CA to system (openbsd is unsupported, and it avoids
a warning)
