geo/merkaartor: update to 0.20.0.
now implements proper Oauth2 support which is required by osm.org APIs
since june (see
https://blog.openstreetmap.org/2024/04/17/oauth-1-0a-and-http-basic-auth-shutdown-on-openstreetmap-org/).
Been able to create https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/156400504
with it.
while here switch from qt5 to qt6..
