Put it near PKGNAME or put it near WANTLIB? IIRC, espie suggested
to put it near WANTLIB, but after all, this make large changes
including bumps (like this one after the python change) difficult.
Unless anyone (especially espie) objects, I'll locate other ports
that have REVISION near WANTLIB and move REVISION up.
