Some tweaks for x11/cde:
- USE_GROFF is necessary for some tbl(7) constructs. Note that even groff will
spit out warnings for a lot of pages.
- generate and install a compiled terminfo file for dtterm
- @shell dtksh
- add an rc script for dtlogin. Does not work yet because /var/dt/authdir
needs to be owned by _x11:_x11 on OpenBSD.
