update to zeek 8.0.1 (latest release)
now that the port is up to speed, i can focus on cleanup, get rid of XXX,
try to upstream patches and investigate what 'make test' failures are about:
82% tests passed, 6 tests failed out of 33
Total Test time (real) = 61.43 sec
