                                       patch-include_asterisk_res_pjsip_h
        telephony/asterisk/20/patches:
                                       patch-include_asterisk_res_pjsip_h
        telephony/asterisk/22/patches:
                                       patch-include_asterisk_res_pjsip_h

Log message:
for res_pjsip, the common string storage format is pjstr_t (a struct
containing length and pointer) and helper macros are frequently used
with them. handle null pointers in PJSTR_PRINTF_VAR to avoid a certain
amount of syslog spam (e.g. seen for every digest auth done with certain
SIP providers).

(these are particularly annoying to track down the relevant source code
lines because the format string, e.g. "%.*s/%.*s, ", is built up from
macros).
