Remove net/mininet; OK daniel
No activity since 2018, uses Python 2, wants switch(4) (removed in 2021)
and "Open vSwitch" programs we don't have. README.md's `mn' example may
destroy existing unrelated interfaces.
Work on this fork of 2.2.2 seems to have halted, upstream added Python 3
support, but still lacks OpenBSD bits.
