update to ttyp0-2.1, ok chrisz
- add a flavour 'dz' for dotted zero
- add a flavour 'sc' to use Serbian forms for Cyrillic italic
- switch to upstream's new built-in handling for OTB
- since we have bdfresize anyway, add upstream's new scaled
large fonts for hidpi
- add comments to Makefile about what the flavours do
