fix zkg(1) config path, reported by "LWX"
`zkg config` would point at incorrect paths since we installed its config
file under /etc/zkg/config; adjust our PLIST @examples to move that dir
under /etc/zeek/ matching what CMakeLists.txt configures internally.
If you installed external scripts with zkg(1) and they couldn't be found,
update and reinstall them.
