Log message:
update to nfdump-1.7.7, based on a diff from Peter Haag (upstream), but
also merge packages together; libnffile now pulls in rrdtool libraries
so there's no benefit to separating nfprofile (and the original split
was really legacy from the days when not installing X sets was actually
useful on a small router where this might be a useful tool; base grew a
fair bit since then).
