wayland/greetd: assorted fixes
- stop setting QT_QPA_PLATFORM=wayland inconditionally, that breaks qt
apps in X11 sessions started by greetd, and is accordingly set by
startxfce4 --wayland.
- add niri to the list of sample environments
- fix wayback entry, that's wayback-session that reads your .xinitrc
