update to gawk-5.3.2
- upstream drops libsigsegv dep
- build with --disable-pma to disable optional new persistent memory
archive feature (heap dump/restore) which fails at runtime
- add notes on the test failures in Makefile comments (none new)
- drop the /usr/local/bin/awk -> gawk symlink
