Log message:
p5-Tk: fix build with llvm22
pull in an assortment of patches from Debian, Fedora and things sprinkled
around in comments on the project's github repo, and add a couple of fixes
of my own. On -current the same tests pass, so I decided to declare this
experiment a success.
