Just to mention that during a recent update (following -current)
I have updated to py-fastapi 0.139.0 package and found the hard way
that version 0.120.0
https://fastapi.tiangolo.com/release-notes/#01200-2025-10-23
adds a new (very small) dependency on annotated-doc.
You might want to add that to the dependency list :)
