Log message:
update to libiscsi-1.20.3pl20260809, from Brad (maintainer)
fixes various memory-safety bugs etc, add cmake build
This breaks the build on sparc64. Seems to break disabling of gnutls.
This is because ports-gcc includes /usr/local/include in the header
search path and /usr/local/lib in the library search path (base
toolchain doesn't do this).

The header path was removed ages ago.

But the library path is still there. I was trying to figure out how it would
get to that point with libiscsi but libiscsi only checks for the library which
passes due to the lib path being passed in by the compiler but it does not
check for the header. Anyway, since the CMake support is new for libiscsi
I filed a bug report to see about having it use pkg-config.
