Import 7zip 26.03 to replace p7zip, ok sthen@
Josh Grosse <josh () jggimi ! net> ported 7zip 22.01 to OpenBSD back
in September 2022. <ed () groovyexpress ! com> ported 7zip 26.03 and
added 7za and 7zr. I added a 7z.1 man page. I added a subpackage
7zip-rar, like Debian's. ed, sthen, and I added some patches.
