hylafax port maintenance, from Larry Moore (maintainer) with some tweaks
from me:
- Update the URL to point to the copyright information for HylaFAX+.
- Update faxsetup to generate a functional Fontmap.HylaFAX file for OpenBSD
- Tweak some other settings in faxsetup
- Tweak settings in hylafax script
- Removal of patch to disable threaded logging on OpenBSD
- Use upstream's script to set file permissions (missing 'x' bits, etc)
