Update love/12 to more recent commit that doesn't end up with random
luajit crashes in Snacktorio anymore.
Also take maintainer for love/12.
Also adjust the WRKDIST generation to prepare for upcoming DIST_TUPLE
changes that get rid of _DT_WRKDIST.
