Log message:
Build minivmac with -fno-strict-overflow to fix a crash on macppc.
Patch the port to use CC and CFLAGS and not strip(1). Build
DEBUG_PACKAGES. Put myself as MAINTAINER.
A pointer might have wrapped around NULL, which is undefined behavior
in C. clang-local(1) -wrapv stopped affecting pointers when we
updated clang from 19 to 22.
