net/unifi: append to RUN_DEPENDS in Makefile.inc
Using '=' instead of '+=' for RUN_DEPENDS in Makefile.inc overwrote previously
defined dependencies, i.e., specifically databases/mongodb. Bump REVISION for
main and v9 ports.
