tests were removed, so drop corresponding patches/bits.
the migration path involves several steps, cf

to be on the latest 0.16.x.
the one-off migration tool can be built from a git clone of
https://github.com/stalwartlabs/stalwart-migrate using env
LIBCLANG_PATH=/usr/local/llvm22/lib cargo build --release (fits in 4g)
(yes i know 1.0.3 is out, just trying to catch up)
