x11/xfce4/xfce4.port.mk: migrate SITES_GIT to DIST_TUPLE
easily allows to test ports from random XFCE_COMMIT upstream hashes.
Point SITES.gitlab at https://gitlab.xfce.org.
no port in the portstree uses XFCE_COMMIT anyway.
