Log message:
Rename 'Reference NTP' rc script to xntpd to avoid conflict with the
basesystem's ntpd rc script. Adjust PLIST and bump.
Previous diff looked ok to aja@, rename to xntpd instead of isc_ntpd
prodded by naddy@.
