Log message:
Bump after change to remove OpenBSD version from ruby SITEARCHDIR,
and use new MODRUBY_SITEDIR and MODRUBY_SITEARCHDIR variables in
PLIST.
Allow building on ruby 1.9 by using RARRAY_LEN() instead of
RARRAY()->len.
