update to ocaml-camlimages-4.0.1
* rename to ocaml-camlimages from camlimages for consistency
* new MASTER_SITES and DISTFILES naming scheme
* switch to omake
* remove gettext dependency
* remove lablgtk dependency - only needed for examples
* remove ghostscript runtime dependency - only needed for postscript.
