Bring in some WIP mips64 work; fails atm due to a binutils bug when linking
liblto_plugin.so:
/usr/bin/ld: not enough GOT space for local GOT entries
/usr/bin/ld: BFD 2.15 internal error, aborting at
/usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/binutils/bfd/elfxx-mips.c line 6483 in
_bfd_mips_elf_relocate_section
