Winter cleanup of mozilla.port.mk:
- remove all the cruft that was here for 'old' mozillas now that they're
in the attic
- sanitize CONFIGURE_ARGS, remove all the unneeded stuff.
- cleanup CONFIGURE/MAKE_ENV
- reorganize *DEPENDS, and finally fix WANTLIB
