I mean by default.

One also needs to enable mounting with sysctl.
IIRC syl@ told me at one point the perms could be loosen up a bit.
What I don't like about what we do is the all-or-nothing approach. I cannot 
mount an ntfs usb key with fuse without giving access to users on the system 
and globally setting kern.usermount...
