Nope. When trying to bootstrap ghc-7.8.4 using ghc-7.8.4 bootstrapper,
something in the build system is going wrong (and it seems I had
the same problem with ghc-7.8.3).
So I'm now going to build and upload a ghc-7.8.3 bootstrapper (using
ghc-7.6.3 for bootstrapping that one).
Thank my messy nature for still having all the old shared libraries
in /usr/lib ;-)
