The problem is at runtime: audio is badly distorted with celt-0.11.3, thus the strict requirement of celt 0.11.1 See: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/showthread.php?p=4890457 and https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12853 Or we could drop celt entirely... I hope that the major part of murmur servers have already switched to opus now
