Update to 1.0.0 of SABNzbd+ from Carlin Bingham <cb @ viennan net>
Tested on amd64. This update has many changes, and upgrading with items
in the queue is not supported. For more info see:
http://wiki.sabnzbd.org/introducing-1-0-0
If you do upgrade with a full queue, you will need to run: "queue repair"
to resolve any issues.
