Log message:
Remove poppassd, a program which allows users to change their password using
the "Change Password" menu item in Eudora. As pointed out by landry Eudora's
website now redirects to Thunderbird, this is an unencrypted protocol, the
port is broken by getpwnam shadow changes, has no license so no packages, etc.
