Update to lftp-4.7.4
- drop readline and getaddrinfo patches, not needed any more.
- add another mirror to MASTER_SITES, lftp.yar.ru makes weird
redirections. Prefer http:// for this mirror, but also add ftp:// for
''make peek-ftp''
