Port changes:
- dependency on libgcrypt dropped by upstream
- 1 new locale file
Notes:
The tab-bar changes are quite new and expect to hit bugs there.
Ie. the current one I am seeing is turning thumbnails on and then off
leads to the tabs not being visible until restart.

* tab text is no longer centered horizontally;
