update to darktable-2.2.3.
Disable OpenCL tests as they cause clang to be picked up during configure,
causing problems if DPB junks it (found by naddy).
(darktable needs to be built with ports gcc for TLS emulation, otherwise
I'd just switch it to clang instead..)
