Port changes:
- LWS_WITHOUT_TEST_SERVER added and removing ssh
test keys in post-install. This is needed to prevent
the keys from being generated and installed. The
issue has been reported upstream with a patch, the
changes here are a workaround as I don't want to
create the patches folder just for that reason.
