Port changes:
- add x11/qt5/qtsvg to LIB_DEPENDS
- drop X11 from WANTLIB (pointed out by port-lib-depends-check)

- switch HOMEPAGE to HTTPS
- Regen WANTLIB to avoid tabs and spaces
- reorder variables (Makefile.template)
- Zap one tab in all lines to be no longer then 60 chars (Makefile.template)
