Import qt5ct 0.34.
This program allows users to configure Qt5 settings (theme, font, icons,
etc.)
under DE/WM without Qt integration.
Set QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=qt5ct in the environment to use it.
Helps me debugging a Qt5/Gtk+3 integration issue w/ qgis running on a
Gtk desktop environment..
